On this website you will find the process for making a booking. You may have your own ideas. You may want to take some rest days. You have a budget in mind and a specific holiday period. You are enthusiastic or curious about Africa and have seen that Rwanda is a perfect base to experience this. On this page we try to organize a tailor-made holiday for you. You take the initiative and go through the following steps:
- You first check whether your holiday period fits into Polycapre’s availability . If Polycarpe is not available, a trip cannot be planned. In the event of emergencies and commitments, Polycarpe will provide a replacement guide and transport.
- Then you can do two things:
- You download the Planning Assistant and complete it using information from the website. Here you can put together your desired trip. The Excel document immediately provides a price indication.
- You create a short description ( preferably in English, possibly in Dutch ) with your timetable, ideas, requirements and wishes and Polycarpe makes an initial proposal based on that.
- You email your proposal to Polycarpe and he will check whether all accommodations are available and whether the itinerary can be made suitable.
- You will receive an answer in the form of a quote within 1 week. This is valid for 1 week. Several iterations may be necessary to arrive at the desired proposal.
- If you agree, you sign a quote.
- You will receive an invoice to pay a 50% deposit.
- You pay the remaining 50% during the trip. If you want to add elements or luxury, this will be discussed during the trip and settled as additional costs at actual costs. This will be discussed in advance.
